2. Fabrication and installation of new seamless steel pipes (schedule 60), including elbows and reducers, fully meeting ABS material standards.
3. All butt welding was carried out by ABS-certified welders, following an ABS-approved Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
4. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using Ultrasonic Testing (UT) was performed, as directed by the attending ABS surveyor.
5. All pipe spools underwent hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.2 to 1.5 times the system’s safe working pressure, ensuring system integrity.
6. After installation, all pipes were painted with two protective coats, using paint provided by the vessel.
7. All gaskets, bolts, and nuts used were supplied by Bacviet’s workshop, ensuring quality and traceability.
8. Complete logistics management, including onshore and offshore transportation, job permits, boarding passes, and customs clearance, was handled by Bacviet to enable seamless job execution.
