REPAIR WILDLASS ELECTRIC CONTROL BOX

-         Technician came on board to checked damaged condition of control box

-         Discussed with C/E about repair plan

-         Disconnected all terminal and connectors which were burned.

-         Dismantled and cleaned all connectors, contactors, terminals…etc by electric chemical (supply by workshop).

-         Checked and repaired components which were out of order.

-         Checked and repaired control circuits and control system.

-         Supplied and renewal some contactors, terminal connections, bolts, nuts .. Etc.

-         Installing system.

-         Power supply and test all functions.
